Initiatives Toward Realizing a Decarbonized Society
The SECOM Group, headquarters in Japan, has set the goal of “Carbon Zero 2045” and is advancing initiatives across the entire group to achieve carbon neutrality, aiming for net-zero greenhouse gas emissions. Under this goal, Thai Secom Security is implementing various measures aimed at reducing environmental impact.
At over 50 domestic locations, we have replaced all replaceable lighting, including outdoor lightning, with LEDs. Ultimately, approximately 1,000 fluorescent lights were changed to LED lighting, also leading to a significant reduction in electricity consumption. We have also achieved a significant reduction in electricity consumption with the 2025 headquarters relocation, switching to the latest high-insulation and heat-blocking window glasses and energy-efficient air conditioners.
April 2025, we installed 71 large-scale solar panels on the rooftop of our office in Sriracha, Eastern Thailand. Solar power generation provides approximately half of the facility’s electricity consumption. By utilizing self-generated power from renewable energy, we enhance the robustness of our power supply during disasters while contributing to a sustainable society.
Based on our plan through 2030, we are progressively replacing high-mileage vehicles with hybrid models. By introducing environmentally conscious vehicles, we aim to reduce fuel consumption and improve energy efficiency.
As a result of these initiatives, electricity consumption at our facilities has been reduced by approximately 23% compared to the previous year, demonstrating the steady success of our company-wide energy conservation efforts.
We will continue to expand our business scope while striving to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We are committed to achieving carbon neutrality and supporting the SECOM Group’s “Carbon Zero 2045” goal.

Initiatives for Employee Engagement and Regional Contribution
SECOM is committed to providing safety and peace of mind to our customers. To achieve this, we promote employee engagement and strive to foster a supportive workplace, recognizing that employee satisfaction is key to delivering quality service. Furthermore, as a responsible corporate citizen, we are dedicated to contributing to the well-being of the communities in which we operate.
Since our founding, we have grown and developed with the support of our valued customers. To meet their trust and expectations, we strive to stay close to their concerns and respond to their requests. One key initiative is our customer satisfaction surveys, whose insights are shared across departments to improve operations and develop better services.
We place the highest priority on educating all employees involved in security services. In addition to the legally mandated training, we provide other training programs aimed at reinforcing the ethics and skills of each and every employee.
SECOM believes that it is important to fulfill our responsibility as a member of the community and to leverage our expertise and strengths to contribute to the community.
One example is our initiative to conduct AED (automated external defibrillators) workshops. We also offer CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) workshops to explain, for example, the proper way to perform chest compression, so that we can create a society where everyone can use AEDs whenever they are needed. We continue to promote the widespread deployment of AEDs and will continue and enhance our first-aid training, in the hope of saving as many lives as possible.
To consistently deliver superior products and high-quality services to our customers, Thai Secom has implemented a robust quality management system and obtained ISO 9001 certification, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
