4 cameras and 5,000 clips.
How much is the rental fee per camera, in case of additional cameras?
Rental fee starts at 200 B/month per camera rental, and package fees will increase depending on the number of devices used.
Where should Keypad be installed?
Enter & Exit area is the best location for Keypad.
Is an alarm signal a Real-time notification or not?
When a device detects an alarm signal, the system will notify the user via an application and then send signal to SECOM Control Center.
In case of no internet router, can we still use Comprehensive Security?
Only the alarm system can function without an internet router, but CCTV and Automation cannot.

How long can we watch a LIVE view?
Viewing LIVE view via Web Customer & Application is 3 minutes.
In case of a blackout, how long can a battery keep backup data?
The battery has a power back up not less than 10 hours and will notify a battery status when it is almost dead.
In troubleshooting, how can we remedy when the alarm sounds every 10 minutes?
- In the case of keypad trouble, use your code and turn off the system, or if the application clashes, log in and turn off the system.
