Telecommunication Service

Secom security system will send alarm signal through various types of telecommunication system, which are landline phone, cellular mobile network, standard internet protocol (ADSL or VDSL), and internet via mobile network. Since our company has acquired Type 1 Telecommunication Business License (for those who do not own network), from now on security system users will have more choices of telecommunication channel to use.

Our telecommunication service is using SIM cards to transmit alarm notification data and manage security system over cellular network. Signal is set to be directly and only connected between the control panel device of security system to Secom’s Control Center and to User.

The Company has operated under the Telecommunications Business Operation Act B.E. 2544 by applying for Type 1 Telecommunication Business License (for those who do not own network) to the Office of The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), and has obtained license on February 24, 2021. NBTC has approved the Telecommunication Service Agreement so-called “SECOM SIM Card Agreement” that complies with standard of telecommunication service agreement B.E. 2544, since September 22, 2021.
