You need to select one of the three packages provided. Then you can choose additional devices not supplied as the standard in that package to fit your needs.

It depends on the package you choose: start from 500 clips per month. Please choose the best package that fit to your business needs. The capacity of storage are shared across all of your video cameras. Once you’ve reached the limit, the oldest clips will be overwritten, unless you have protected them.

SECOM can not view any image / video that is being recorded by the system, only when you give the permission to allow SECOM to do so.

In the case you change your router, SECOM has to go on-site to reset the router. You will need to call Customer Service at 02-096-6099 or contact us by e-mail customerservice@secom.co.th.

No, can not change later, but you can choose the recorder capacity when purchasing.
