In case of a blackout, how long can a battery keep backup data?
The battery has a power back up not less than 10 hours and will notify a battery status when it is almost dead.
In troubleshooting, how can we remedy when the alarm sounds every 10 minutes?
- In the case of keypad trouble, use your code and turn off the system, or if the application clashes, log in and turn off the system.

The system will update the time automatically by synching from Cloud.
