How long is the warranty for the service?
The warranty is 1 year, covering both On-call and On-site services. In general, SECOM provides a 1-year warranty.

SECOM is the distributor of various CCTV brands in order to provide suitable solutions for customers need e.g. Hikvision.
How soon can the system be installed and how many days does it take?
Within 3 days after a quotation is signed by the customer.
How come the price is higher than others in the market?
We emphasise on high standard and having professionals standby 24/7 (On call).
How is the after sales services?
If and when there is a problem, a customer can call to get a consultation from our personnel 24/7, and we can arrange for on-site checking if necessary.
Do you have a plan for the whole system rental?
We have a rental service for every device system.
